We are fully transparent in our expenses. About 70% of our expenses go to salaries, 25% are dedicated to operation expenses and 5% goes as donations to Come Back Alive www.comebackalive.in.ua.

Pavlo
For several years I’ve worked as Middle Java/Python developer in Ukrainian pharmaceutical company in Kyiv. As a backend developer I mostly used Node.js and Python to prepare automatizations for stock accounting, database formatting and reporting.
As of February 25th the company had to close all of its locations and seize operations, including development. A lot of my work for the company can not be used anymore because of the sanctions (we used 1C & Bitrix24).
I had to pause my IT career because of the mobilization and joined Ukrainian army in Kyiv. I helped to coordinate donations and deliver the required equipment like bulletproof vests and thermal imagers. When I have some free time from my military duties I try to participate in different volunteer projects like Spilno and Save IT In UA.
Konstantin
Before the war I’ve worked as Software Engineer/Data Scientist. I developed a system that helps FMCG retailers to automate their promotions and optimize cashflow. Recently I’ve started working on building a Ukrainian crypto exchange for a promising startup.
Unfortunately, the crypto project closed few days after the war because of banking limitations in the country and I had to pull a hard stop on that project.
Trying to work from Kyiv during the war has some limitations, so usually I work from the bomb shelter in my building. I’ve installed WiFi and coffee machine in there, so it’s better than some offices now, haha!
